Cancellation Policy

Reschedule requests must be made via email at least 48 hours in advance of your session. This will be a one-time courtesy at no charge. Retainer fees are non-refundable. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without notification (or No Call / No Shows) will be considered cancelled with all balances due in full.
